They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. In short order the Stevie has become one of the world's most coveted prizes. On 1st June 2018, PTTEP Indonesia has won the Silver award for the CSR program of PTTEP Layanan Kesehatan Cuma-cuma (LKC) - An Integrated Health Service for The Poor (CSR Klinik Kesehatan), under category of Innovation in Community Relations or Public Service Communications.
