PTTEP Indonesia Wins International Award for Integrated Waste Management Program in NTT, Toba, and Lombok

PTTEP Indonesia received the Best Environmental Excellence Award (Gold Level) at the 18th Annual Global CSR & ESG Summit & Awards 2026, held on April 23, 2026, in Bangkok, Thailand. This award recognized the success of the integrated waste management program the company has implemented in various regions of Indonesia since 2018.
Particularly in NTT, the waste management program encompasses various initiatives, including waste sorting education, the establishment of more than 25 waste banks in communities and schools, the installation of waste barriers to prevent marine pollution, and the processing of organic waste into animal feed.
Previously, PTTEP Indonesia initiated a similar program in Lombok in 2018, which was later developed into an integrated waste management model in Toba, North Sumatra. The success in both regions laid the foundation for expanding the program's implementation to NTT.
This international award further confirms PTTEP Indonesia's position as an energy company committed to sustainable business practices, while also playing an active role in supporting environmental management and community development in Indonesia.
